The Ratty Ranch

Time for a new project to profile. This one is going to be amazing.  As it is now, a neglected 70s ranch that needs so much work it will resemble new construction more than a remodel.  The location, southern exposure, orientation, topography are all excellent.  All the necessary needs for sustainable design are given.
